The NMMA recently released data from a 2023 economic impact study, measuring the U.S. recreational boating industry’s total economic activity as well number of jobs supported. Throughout the summer, NMMA will feature U.S. states in the top 20 for recreational boating-related economic impact.
This week, ranked 20th in the U.S. for recreational boating economic impact is Virginia. Recreational boating in Virginia has more than $4.4 billion in annual economic impact and supports over 16,800 jobs.
