When Lowrance released its flagship display, HDS LIVE, the goal was to take the performance of the HDS series to another level. Mission accomplished. The complete fish-finding system, LIVE includes the most innovative sonar technology with Active Imaging™ and LiveSight™ Sonar, plus new charting and connectivity features, like Genesis Live and LiveCast™ smartphone integration.

Active Imaging Sonar

Active Imaging sonar delivers superior clarity and the highest resolution images of fish and structure at a longer range than any other structure-imaging technology.

The high-level clarity, target separation and detail of Active Imaging will help you find more fish by making it easier to quickly identify fish-holding structure like rockpiles, standing timber, weedbeds, ditches and drop-offs – all at a greater distance from your boat. Get the best of CHIRP sonar and DownScan Imaging™ on one screen with the Lowrance exclusive FishReveal that helps you easily recognize fish from structure and cover with a high-detailed DownScan Imaging view.

LiveSight Sonar

HDS LIVE presents existing Lowrance sonar technology like DownScan Imaging, FishReveal™ and Active Imaging beautifully on its SolarMAX™ HD screen, but what sets LIVE from the crowd is the newly released and much anticipated LiveSight Sonar transducer option. Turning every cast into a sight-fishing experience, LiveSight Sonar offers real-time views of lure and fish movements. Watch fish react to your lure – as it happens – and gain insight on what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next. Anglers will have an easier time finding and tracking fish with LiveSight Sonar. Featuring the widest sonar beam and longer range, LiveSight provides anglers a larger view of the water column, making it easier to get on – and stay on – the fish.

The base LiveSight Sonar transducer for HDS LIVE ships with three brackets, giving anglers the flexibility to install the transducer as needed. Mount the transducer in a front-facing position to cast toward the fish, or you can mount it in a down-facing position for vertical-jigging below your boat.

Genesis Live Charting

Delivering real-time, custom-mapping capabilities, Genesis Live mapping uses digital soundings to create highly-detailed depth-contour overlays directly on your charts. Incredibly easy to use, Genesis Live lets you control contour transparency, density of contours drawn on the screen down to unprecedented ½-foot intervals, depth and safety shading color palettes, and more. Charts can quickly and easily be saved to an SD card for continuous use.

LiveCast Smartphone Integration

With HDS LIVE, you can now display important fishing information and entertainment from your smartphone on the 12- and 16-inch sunlight-viewable displays. You can view your smartphone in full-screen or split-screen windows via an HDMI connection and watch the big game, view Google Maps and helpful fishing data on the HDS LIVE touchscreen — all while your phone is safely stowed.

Featuring a stunning, new low-profile design with edge-to-edge glass; a SolarMAX HD screen that is viewable through polarized sunglasses; bracket, flush- and rear-mounting options; user-programmable keys; and an optional fully-programmable Bluetooth® remote, HDS LIVE is available in 7-, 9-, 12- and 16-inch display sizes, ranging in price from $1,099 to $4,399. Active Imaging can be purchased as a bundle with HDS LIVE or as a separate accessory for $299; the LiveSight transducer is priced at $999.
