In this expanded leadership position, Brad will oversee the company’s national sales strategy while also leading product development initiatives, helping drive continued innovation across the Duckett Fishing lineup.
Brad has been a part of the Duckett Fishing team since 2021, building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and industry partners while developing exceptional leadership skills. His extensive knowledge of the fishing industry, customer needs, and the Duckett brand makes him qualified to guide both sales growth and future product development.
As Product Development Manager, Brad will lead Duckett Fishing’s product lineup, using his experience as both a competitive angler and industry professional to help shape the future of the brand. “Brad has travelled across the U.S., is a former collegiate angler at Bethel University and a successful tournament fisherman on Lake Guntersville, he understands the demands anglers place on their equipment and the importance of innovation on the water.” stated Chris Russell, VP & General Manager at Duckett Fishing. “I’m confident Brad will help us to develop products that blend cutting-edge technology with real-world performance”
