AFTCO is proud to unveil its latest lineup of performance fishing apparel and tackle at the ICAST 2025 New Product Showcase. From innovative warm-weather gear to purpose-built tackle and accessories, AFTCO’s newest releases are engineered to meet the demands of serious anglers and stand up to the toughest conditions on the water.
Technical Innovation for Men
Leading the new men’s apparel offerings, the Pinnacle Shorts are built from a durable poly-blend fabric with DWR stain resistance. Designed for comfort and utility, they feature an elastic waistband, dedicated pockets for pliers and phones, and even a built-in bottle opener for celebrating on deck.

In the cold weather technical apparel category, the Breakwater Waterproof Gloves are designed to keep your hands dry and protected with a fully waterproof, 100% sealed membrane for cold, wet, and windy conditions. Touchscreen-compatible fingertips and 4-way stretch fabric deliver flexible comfort for all-day wear.
Also new for men in lifestyle apparel, the Swiftwater Shorts deliver comfort and performance. Crafted from breathable woven mesh spandex fabric, these shorts are quick drying and have a 4-way stretch. With a 7-inch inseam and multiple pockets for storage, anglers can move swiftly from sea to shore.
Versatility for Women on the Water
In women’s technical apparel, the All Day Shortalls combine comfort, coverage, and functionality. Made from a lightweight stretch woven fabric, they offer UPF 50 sun protection, DWR stain resistance, and a flexible fit ideal for all-day wear. In women’s lifestyle apparel, the Cloud Knit Hooded Dress will have you on cloud nine. This super soft jersey knit dress is the perfect escape and beach coverup.
On the women’s lifestyle side, the Cloud Knit Cover Up is a super-soft jersey knit hooded cover up dress that provides cloud-like comfort. Breathable and relaxed, it’s the perfect cover-up for beach days or laid-back lounging.
Tackle Highlights in the New Product Showcase
The Swimmer 115 in Mullet is AFTCO’s entry in the saltwater hard bait category. This versatile lure delivers a natural side-to-side swimming action that pelagic predators can’t resist—and it’s ready to fish straight out of the box.
The 8-foot carbon fiber Whip Gaff is a lightweight tool designed for quick and efficient landings of inshore and nearshore game fish. Weighing under a pound, it’s outfitted with a stainless-steel hook, non-slip grips, and a rubber gimbal for secure, confident handling.
The Expedition Duffel offers a rugged and practical solution for tackle management and transport. It has a 55-liter capacity, a wet gear storage compartment, and an interior organizer pocket to keep anglers’ gear in order. This fishing bag has tuckaway shoulder straps and rugged Duraflex® buckles, perfect for far-out expeditions or day trips.
New Fillet Knives round out the tackle lineup. Each knife features a 4116 German stainless-steel blade with a corrosion-resistant gold Titanium Nitride PVD coating. A slip-resistant, ergonomic handle ensures clean, precise cuts from deck to table.
