A new bill threatens Georgians’ access to navigable streams statewide. HB 1172 would make it unclear where and how the public can fish, hunt, or traverse through streams. If passed, it could create barriers to public access and cause confusion over where you can and can’t fish.
New Rules for Whale Protection Could Affect East North Carolina Charters
Increased regulations designed to save endangered North Atlantic Right Whales from being hit by boats could have a huge impact on charter businesses here in Eastern North Carolina. Members of the NC Congressional Delegation are coming out against the new regulations.
