I like to call the FTR Buyers Guide the Google of our trade.
When a tackle shop owner needs to track down who makes a certain product, who distributes a brand in their area, or which rep covers their territory, this is where they go looking. Every year, retailers tell me the same thing: they keep the Buyers Guide close all year long, on the counter or under it, and they reach for it again and again.
That’s why all of us here at FTR care so much about getting it right. The guide is only as good as the companies in it and the retailers who receive it, and this post is for both of you.
