Size Doesn’t Matter

Many sales people sabotage their sales by trying to add too much more to the sale. Some sales are small, some are large – trying to persuade a customer to spend more than they are looking to spend is a great way to lose your sale. Selling add-ons is normal and should be done with every sale whenever possible. Accept every sale for what it is and realize that ten dollar sale today could turn into either a lifelong customer or at least a few hundred dollars sale next week.
