Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive advertising and sponsorship revenue across our media properties. This position requires a proven track record of selling large-scale campaigns ($250K+) and the ability to manage client relationships at the executive level, while also handling proposals, reporting, and digital asset management with precision.
Duties
- Develop and close six- and seven-figure advertising and sponsorship deals across TV, streaming, and social-first platforms.
- Build long-term partnerships with brands across categories including outdoor, boating, marine, lifestyle, beverage, and automotive.
- Represent multiple high-profile television shows and Waypoint TV in sponsorship negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and post-campaign reports for sponsors.
- Manage digital assets, links, deliverables, and files for sponsor activations.
- Collaborate with operations and creative teams to deliver and optimize client campaigns.
- Identify new revenue streams and expand into non-endemic categories.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in media sales, sponsorship sales, or B2B advertising.
- Proven track record of closing six-figure deals.
- Strong computer skills: presentations, spreadsheets, proposal creation, digital file management, and reporting.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with outdoor lifestyle and/or marine industries preferred.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
- Ability to relocate to the Florida Keys preferred, remote considered.
