We are looking for an independent International Sales Representative with a strong professional network in the fishing-tackle industry (USA / Japan / EU).
At R3D Fishing, all lure concepts are:
• fully designed and sculpted in-house
• CNC-machined as master prototypes
• tested and balanced in our water tank
• delivered with industrial-ready 3D production files
We provide exclusive designs, master samples, 3D files, visuals, and technical support for brands willing to open molds and start OEM/ODM production with our partners in Asia.
You bring:
• a solid network of brands / distributors
• experience in OEM/ODM or product representation
• the ability to introduce premium concepts and secure first production orders
Commission-only model with strong potential on mold openings and production batches.
