FISHING TACKLE RETAILER / AMERICAN SPORTFISHING ASSOCIATION QUARTERLY RETAIL SALES SURVEY RULES
Official Rules for the Fishing Tackle Retailer & Anglers Inn International Giveaway
ELIGIBILITY
- The giveaway is open to independent fishing tackle retailers who complete the entire Retail Sales Survey.
- Must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Employees of Fishing Tackle Retailer, the American Sportfishing Association, Anglers Inn International, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER
- Each completed quarterly Retail Sales Survey submission equals one entry into the giveaway.
- Participants may complete up to four surveys (one per quarter), earning up to four entries in total.
- Incomplete surveys or surveys submitted after the deadline will not qualify for entry.
PRIZE DETAILS
Prize Package Includes:
- 4 nights/3 days lodging & fishing accommodations at Anglers Inn International
- Deluxe lakeside lodge accommodations (double occupancy)
- 18.6 ft custom Triton bass boat with a 60 HP Yamaha engine
- Minn Kota trolling motor (55 lbs. thrust)
- Use of St. Croix Bass X rods
- An experienced fishing guide
- All-inclusive 5-star meals at the lodge
- Open bar (national drinks), soft drinks, Gatorade, purified bottled water, and ice
- Full laundry service
- Ground transportation to and from the lodge
- The prize is transferrable, meaning the winner may gift it to a customer, employee, friend, or family member.
- No cash value, substitutions, or exchanges permitted.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
- The winner will be selected by a random drawing on or before February 28, 2026.
- The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- By entering, participants agree to have their business name included in promotional announcements related to the giveaway.
- Fishing Tackle Retailer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Fishing Tackle Retailer, the American Sportfishing Association, and Anglers Inn International from any liability related to the trip.
