SCOTT PECKHAM PROMOTED TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Elvisridge Capital is pleased to announce the promotion of Scott Peckham from Director to Managing Director. In his new role, Scott will take the reins of overseeing the day-to-day business operations across all portfolio companies, with a sharp focus on driving revenue growth and optimizing operations. He’ll also be on the lookout for strategic add-ons and tuck-ins to expand our portfolio, ensuring that we continue to grow and diversify effectively.
Scott will continue to manage financial reporting and oversee the dedicated team of employees at Elvisridge Capital, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Additionally, he will work closely with the business leaders at each portfolio company to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives and to drive success across the board. His role will involve not only managing operational efficiency but also spearheading initiatives to enhance overall performance and profitability. In his new role, Scott will report directly to Michael Southard, CEO/Founder, leveraging their collaborative relationship to steer the company toward its long-term goals. Scott’s promotion is a testament to his exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to the company’s success. His extensive experience and proven track record make him well-equipped to lead our portfolio companies through the next phase of growth and innovation.
KASEY FOX PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT
Elvisridge Capital is excited to announce the promotion of Kasey Fox from Associate to Vice President. In her new role, Kasey will oversee our Omni-Channel strategy, managing our most vital dealer business as well as our website and direct-to-consumer segment. This responsibility spans all five portfolio companies within our fishing and coatings categories. Her primary focus will be on driving revenue growth by enhancing marketing strategies, managing outside agencies, and leading the internal marketing team at Elvisridge Capital.
In addition to managing marketing strategies, Kasey will focus on strengthening brand development across all portfolio companies. She will analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure our brands stay ahead of the competition. By leveraging these insights, she will help guide product launches and refine marketing efforts to align with evolving consumer demands. Kasey will also oversee improvements to websites, ecommerce capabilities, and the online presence of our companies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand strategy. Furthermore, she will play a crucial role in integrating new acquisitions into our existing portfolio, ensuring they align with our overarching strategic goals, and will continue to collaborate closely with our Managing Director and CEO/Founder on special projects within Elvisridge Capital as needed.
