LIVETARGET Seeking National Sales Manager

LIVETARGET, an innovative and rapidly growing lure company, has a new position opportunity for a National Sales Manager.

Assignments for this position will include (but not limited to):

    • Direct and manage field activity with new and mature customers: two-tier distributors, resellers, and big-box retailer accounts in the U.S. and Canada.
    • Direct and manage six (6) well established and progressive sales agencies in the U.S. and one (1) in Canada.
    • Develop and maintain a high quality sales department team including but not limited to recruiting, training, and coaching activities.
    • Sales forecasting, review and analysis of sales activity, develop and management of sales budgets.

This is a senior sales management position with a strong focus on developing, refining and executing the sales plan to continue to drive significant growth within a well-established customer base. Extensive domestic and some international travel is required. This position may require up to 30% business travel. Experience within the fishing tackle industry is required. Candidates with previous experience in lure sales and a solid network of well established relationships inside the field will be offered preference.

Additional personal skill requirements include: excellent judgment and ability to make sound business decisions; strong verbal, written, and listening skills; exceptional negotiating skills; and computer literacy with demonstrated skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Word and Excel.

The successful candidate will be required to spend minimal time at corporate headquarters and can function without relocating. Compensation based on experience.
