To Be Eligible
You must be an owner or buying manager of a contiguous U.S. brick-and-mortar retail store that has a storefront open to the public during set business hours each week.. If you are the buying manager, the owner must be aware that you are receiving the box; please provide their contact information as we will confirm.
NOTE: We only allow one person per business/store to participate in the program. If your business/store has multiple locations, only one person may participate on behalf of the business UNLESS each location has its own owner or buying manager.
You must agree to complete a survey after receiving the box, BY A SET DEADLINE, usually within 10 days. If you do not have the time, ABOUT AN HOUR, to properly evaluate products and provide feedback, please do not ask to join. Any member who does not complete the required survey will be removed from the program. Any member who completes the survey after the deadline risks removal from the program.
NOTE: We will respond to your application within 10 business days via the email you provide. If you are approved, you may not receive the next box that goes out, depending on where we are in the fulfillment process. You will NOT receive a box every month; we send out 250 boxes each time and have far more participants, so we alternate recipients.
Existing Members
If you received an email asking you to re-apply to the program, please fill out this application even if you have previously. Changes have been made to the program, and we may need additional information from you.
