DALLAS, TEXAS – Suntex Marina Investors LLC (Suntex), the premier owner and operator of best-in-class marina properties, announced today that it has acquired two new locations on Trinity Lake in California.

Trinity Lake is the third largest reservoir in California and is located on the Trinity Unit of the Whiskeytown-Shasta-Trinity National Recreation Area, which is an hour and a half drive northwest of Redding. Cedar Stock Resort Marina is a full-service facility that can provide everything needed from fuel and fishing tackle to karaoke, souvenirs and restaurants for travelers seeking a houseboat or fishing getaway. The marina, operated under permit from the Forest Service, includes seasonal houseboat rentals – ranging from 50- to 60-feet; mountain cabin rentals overlooking Trinity Lake; fishing boats, deck cruisers, powerboats, personal watercraft and ski boats rentals; boat slip rentals; boat and motor repair shop; restaurant and lounge; and a gift shop. Trinity Center Marina, operated under permit from the Forest Service and planned to open June 2018, will tentatively have fuel and approximately 20 boat slips available to rent.

“We are committed to providing members with outstanding value and remarkable facilities in some of the most beautiful locations in the country,” said Ron TenEyck, vice president of operations, Suntex. “We are constantly striving to update our portfolio of properties and guide our staff by our code of conduct, to offer our visitors and members the highest-quality vacation experience.”

Trinity Lake Resort has 16,000 surface acres and a vast 145-mile shoreline, which is most known for its irregular shape that features three separate arms and dozens of secret tree-lined coves. The bald eagles dipping into the lake and the monumental backdrop of the Trinity Alps, puts Trinity Lake in the ranks for one of the most scenic reservoirs in California.

The Suntex portfolio of 45 marinas are located in California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee and Virginia.
