COLLIERVILLE, Tenn.— Strike King Lure Co., with its longstanding reputation for as the lure sponsor for the world’s best anglers, is excited to announce their recent partnership agreement with FLW Angler Cody Meyer.

“Cody came very highly recommended to us as not only a talented and innovative young pro angler, but also as a genuinely great guy. Both of which are very important to our organization in terms of fit and value to our brand,” remarks Chief Operating Officer, Allan Ranson. “In all my research and dealings with Cody, I have been extremely impressed and feel certain that he will greatly add to our new product development and brand marketing, especially as it relates to west coast relevance,” adds Ranson.

“I consider it a great honor to be joining Strike King. It is both humbling and exciting,” says Meyer who has qualified for the Forrest Wood Cup every single season of his 6-year pro career. “They build products that are staples in the tackleboxes of anglers everywhere, from Kevin Vandam, to the kid fishing in a farm pond. They are the perfect combination of innovation, function, and value,” Meyer states.

Along with Meyer, the Tennessee-based Strike King has announced BASS angling brother Jordan and Matt Lee as new additions to their pro-staff.

“These young men have proven their angling abilities in several different arenas. Through hard work and dedication to their dreams, they have both achieved some remarkable feats in a short period of time,” says Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Doug Minor.

“Aside from their angling resumes, these guys are what we’re all about. We share a certain kinship with two brothers that are serious about their passion for bass fishing as all of us at Strike King spend as much time as we can on the water with our kids, parents, spouses, and siblings. By no means am I downplaying their individual talents and value, but the Lee brothers are somewhat poster children for all of us who appreciate the family aspect of fishing,” Minor adds.
